Product returned must be unused and in original packaging.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order and order number & e-receipt must be provided.
If you make a mistake and order the wrong product please contact us immediately, quoting your order number. If the order has not been processed we will cancel the order and refund your payment. If the order has already been processed/dispatched then our customer service staff will make arrangements case by case A return and refund might still be possible, but additional freight charges will apply.
