Transform the everyday into a ritual of small moments, mindful steps and care that lets your fragrance glow longer, stronger, truer.
How to love your candles.
Improve your aroma with a few small adjustments to your candle ritual. Help to ensure a cleaner burn, longer-lasting fragrance and a beautiful glow everytime.
TRIM YOUR WICK
Before each burn, trim the wick to 5mm. This helps prevent smoke, soot, and uneven burning.
BURN TO THE EDGE
Let the wax melt to the edges of the vessel on the first burn (usually 2–3 hours) to avoid tunnelling.
DONT BURN FOR TOO LONG
Keep burn times to 4 hours to avoid excessive heat buildup inside the glass, which creates black soot.
AVOID DRAFTS
Keep candles away from open windows or fans. Drafts can cause uneven burning and flickering.
EXTINGUISH GENTLY
Use a snuffer to carefully extinguish the flame, avoid smoke and preserve the fragrance.
RECENTRE YOUR WICK
Remove any debris from the wax pool and ensure the wick stays centred for a steady, even flame.
STORE SMART
Replace the lid after each use to keep dust out and preserve the fragrance between burns.
REUSE YOUR EMPTY VESSEL
Once the candle is finished, it leaves a functional, versatile glass for use around the home.
For longer lasting diffusers.
Transform your space into a calming oasis with these easy diffuser tips for long-lasting fragrance and the perfect continuous scent.
REMOVE THE STOPPER
Place on a hard, flat surface (never painted, wooden, or delicate surfaces, as the contents may cause damage)
PROTECT SURFACES
Always use a coaster. Fragrance oil can drip when flipping reed sticks and may damage painted or wooden surfaces. Wipe spills immediately.
ADJUST THE STRENGTH
Flip the reed sticks every 1–2 weeks to refresh the scent and maintain a consistent aroma.
48 HOURS TO BLOOM
Allow up to 48 hours once opening for your diffuser fragrance to fully bloom and settle into your space for the best experience.
CHOOSE THE RIGHT SPOT
Place your diffuser away from direct sunlight, air conditioning units and heat to prevent the oils from evaporating too quickly.
CHOOSE THE RIGHT ROOM
Consider the size of the room you are fragrancing, and add more than one diffuser for a stronger scent.
