*Free shipping for all orders over $100 within New Zealand and Australia. Orders below $100 are charged a flat delivery rate of $10.
All deliveries require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure you choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your order. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or post offices.
Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include your tracking number. Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.
New Zealand Delivery is within 3-7 business days once dispatched.
Australia Delivery is within 5-10 business days once dispatched.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot exchange your item if you have changed your mind.
If you purchased the item from a retail store, please see their return policy and contact them directly.
