Summer Allergies

To help prevent the fill effects of hay-fever or allergies, put one drop of Lavender oil with one teaspoon of carrier oil and massage into the sinus area. Carry this with you through out the day in a small bottle or put it on a tissue and inhale when needed.

Or try another one of The Aromatherapy Company's essential oils. Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Tea Tree and Peppermint are other essential oils that help to relieve congestion's and discomfort.

Other ways to combat allergies:
- Make the most of summer salads and fresh fruit for their antioxidant nutrients. These reduce histamine levels.
- Vitamin C boosts immune system and acts as a natural antihistamine
- Reduce intake of dairy products
- De-junk the system by cutting down on processed foods, refined sugar and white flour. This will reduce the toxic burden placed on the immune system.
